Jewellery Return Policy

1)If jewellery is returned within 24 hours of reception of jewelley by customer no deduction will be done.
2)THE JEWELLERY RETURNED WILL FIRST BE CHECKED BY OUR TEAM AND THEN REFUND WILL BE DONE.
3)The refund will be done within 10 working days.
4)The jewellery return will not be accepted in case of ornament being in used conditon, found altered or damaged.
5)Ornament should be accompanied with original certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation.

Stones Return Policy
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns of stones:
1. Ornament(Stone ring) must be in their original, unused condition.
2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by HNJ.
3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns Policy
4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificate etc

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 10 Day period by meeting the above conditions. Note: Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

LIfetime buyback

Diamond jewellery
1)Only Labor will be deducted in case of jewellery to jewellery exchange.
2)10% on diamond price and Labor charges would be deducted in exchange for cash.

Gold Jewellery
1)100% Buyback, Only Labor charges and the weight of stones will be deducted, 100% buyback on the net weight of gold @ buying gold rate.

Stones
1)Blue Sapphire and Yellow sapphire has 30% deduction on buyback.
2)Emerald has 40% deduction on buyback.
3)Cat's eye, Pearl, Red Coral and Ruby having total price below Rupee 10000/- has no buyback or return.
